• Has strong creative skills and ability to design ideas for a wide range of industries.
• Has creative conceptualization ability as well as technical execution capability using various graphic design and motion graphics software.
• Can translate complex data or information into easy-to-digest designs and layouts.
• Can do storyboards and can create graphic illustrations.
• Has the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to multi-task and can gracefully handle pressure.
• Applicants with experience in infographics, user experience and user interface responsive web designs are preferred.

We are looking for highly agile Creative Project Associates with background in digital arts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple clients and projects related to web design, multimedia arts, digital marketing, and etc.
• Perform systems analysis and project scoping.
• Prepare critical path schedule for projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Improve internal processes related to project management and operations.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, developers and designers) to ensure expectations and responsibilities are aligned.
• Lead regular project meetings with clients, developers and designers.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to client.
• Write technical documentation and technical job aids.
• Attend to client calls outside office, as necessary.
• Participate in pitches to brands, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree.
• Has passion and background in digital arts.
• Has strong problem solving skills and a very strong attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills and able to translate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Able to multi-task and can gracefully handle pressure.

We opened our internship program for students several years ago and our belief remains the same – creativity, programming and strategic thinking are best honed through first-hand experience.

And do not start thinking that you will only be given menial tasks like making coffees or organizing documents in our filing cabinets. You will do works related to your skills and passion so you will learn how things work in the real world.

We are currently looking for interns who want to gain experience in the following fields:

To ensure that you will have sufficient time to learn, our minimum internship program is 3 months or 480 hours.
